Brian started Arete Mortgage in 2017 after working for years in the mortgage industry. Brian and his family live in the Foster/Powell neighborhood. Aside from spending as much free time as possible with his wife and daughter, Brian enjoys almost any outside activity, catching up with friends over a coffee, and, when possible, traveling!

Morgan Faricy

Morgan has been in the mortgage industry for over a decade, managing nearly every step of the mortgage process. You can usually find Morgan skiing with his family in the winter, playing a round of golf, rocking out with his band, or volunteering with various community organizations.

Patrick Connolly

Patrick joined Arete Mortgage in the Spring of 2023.  A life-long Oregonian and avid outdoorsmen, Patrick lives in the heart of Portland with his wife Kelly, and their two children Ira and Hazel.  When he’s not going on family bike rides to Grand Central Bakery, you’ll find him busy with his latest home improvement project, or exploring the natural wonders that Oregon has to offer.
